How do I check my balance on a Ventra transit card?
- Ventra App: Download the Ventra app and log in to your account. You’ll be able to view your balance and manage your card.
- Ventra Vending Machine: Tap your card on the reader at any Ventra vending machine. The balance will be displayed on the screen.
- VentraChicago.com: Visit the Ventra website and log in to your account to view your balance.
- Registered Account: If your card is registered, you can also check your balance online or through the app. You may also receive balance alerts via email if your account is registered.
