There are four major downtown Chicago Metra terminals that offer connections to CTA services.

  • Chicago Union Station: Served by six Metra lines (BNSF, Heritage Corridor, Milwaukee District North and West, North Central Service, and Southwest Service), it also offers connections to various CTA bus routes and is within walking distance of the Blue Line’s Clinton station.
  • Ogilvie Transportation Center: Services three Metra lines (Union Pacific North, Northwest, and West) and offers connections to numerous CTA bus routes and is near the Green and Pink Line’s Clinton station.
  • LaSalle Street Station: Serves the Metra Rock Island Line.
  • Millennium Station: Serves the Metra Electric Line. It also provides access to the South Shore Line, which runs between Millennium Station and South Bend Airport.
